JSON Quiet is built and maintained by Bruno J F Costa. There is no ticket system and no chatbot — email is the direct channel if you need help, want to report a problem, or have a legitimate business question about the site.

How to reach Bruno

Write to brunojfc@gmail.com. Please use a clear subject line (for example “JSON Quiet — privacy” or “JSON Quiet — bug”) so the message is easy to prioritize. Include enough detail that a useful reply is possible without a long back-and-forth: what you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw instead.

What to email about

• Privacy — questions about how the tool processes JSON, cookies, AdSense, hosting logs, or anything covered in the Privacy Policy.
• Advertising — AdSense-related issues on this site, broken or inappropriate ad placements, or legitimate publisher inquiries. Do not send spam offers for unrelated ad networks.
• Bugs — formatting or validation problems you can reproduce, accessibility issues, or broken links. A short sample of the failing JSON (with secrets removed) helps a lot.
• Partnerships — genuine collaboration ideas that fit a small, privacy-first developer tool. Unsolicited SEO spam, guest-post mills, and link-selling pitches are ignored.

Response expectations

Email is checked as time allows. Most messages receive a reply within a few business days; complex privacy or technical questions may take longer. There is no guaranteed SLA — JSON Quiet is a free utility maintained alongside other work. Urgent security concerns should still be emailed promptly with “security” in the subject.

If your question is already answered on the site, you may get a short pointer to the relevant page. Before writing, it is worth reading the About page and the Privacy Policy.

What we do not need

Please do not send passwords, API keys, personal data of third parties, or large proprietary datasets. For bug reports, redact secrets and keep samples small. Formatting and validation run in your browser — there is no need to upload private payloads to get support.
